For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding driver’s license, credit history, criminal records, background check, etc., we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to OMNI NOVAS Partners and use the response from their API to register your validated support data.

OMNI Support provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to be set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

The Users acknowledge that by using our apps permission is given to the apps to use the camera when users are taking selfies either for identification purposes or for KYC. The users are aware that the apps can randomly ask them to take a selfie every time the users are making a transaction and the applications decide it is necessary to verify the identity of the users. By using the apps, the users understand that they give the apps permission to their phone gallery when they need to upload their photo or any picture of documents requested by OMNI Kredi.
13. CONTACTS LIST ACCESS
Users acknowledge that they have given their consent for the OMNI Kredi application to have access to their contact list only in order to make it easier for users to do transactions by saving time. Users recognize that the application cannot transfer any data anywhere. Users acknowledge that they have consented to the OMNI Kredi application having access to the microphone or audio system of their device when they are using the application only to obtain assistance by videoconferencing or in-app calls. Video conferencing assistance can help users solve some problems more easily. Users recognize that applications cannot use their microphones and audio if they are not in a video conference. The only way applications can use micro and audio of their devices is when users give the application access and only when they are in a video conference. The application cannot transfer this data anywhere. This functionality is there to facilitate that the users get better customer service support. Users have the right to refuse to give this permission to the application and this will not prevent them from using the services.
