How to Delete Your Account on OMNI Kredi or OMNI Kredi Plus

Thank you for using OMNI Kredi or OMNI Kredi Plus! If you've decided to delete your account, we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Below are the steps you should follow to request that your account is deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request that your account is deleted, please follow these steps:

  1. Open OMNI Kredi or OMNI Kredi Plus: Launch the OMNI Kredi or OMNI Kredi Plus application on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Go to the settings section of the app. This is usually found in the More menu or profile section of the app.
  3. Find Account Settings: Look for an option related to your account or privacy settings. Find the button “Delete” to delete your account.
  4. Request Deletion: Within the account settings, you should find an option to request account deletion as well. Click on this option to start the process.
  5. Follow Instructions: Follow any additional instructions provided by the app to complete your request. This may include confirming your identity or providing a reason for deleting your account.
  6. Confirmation: Once your request is submitted, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your account deletion request has been received.
  7. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and process it accordingly. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted.

Data Retention Policy

We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict data retention policies. Here's an overview of the types of data we collect and how long we retain it:

  1. Complete Name: We retain your complete name for up to 7 years.
  2. KYC Infos: Your KYC information is kept for up to 7 years.
  3. Contact Info: We retain your contact information for up to 7 years.
  4. Transactions: Transaction data is kept for up to 7 years.
  5. Banking Info: Banking information is retained for up to 7 years.

Additional Information

We permanently delete all user data from our live servers after the 7-year retention period, unless the data is required by law enforcement authorities.
